KVPIE BOHΘEI Christ, nimbate, seated facing on backless throne, raising his right hand in benediction and holding book of Gospels in his left; below each elbow of Christ, small pellet. Rev. AVTOKPA[TO]PЄC PⲰMAIⲰN Andronicus II, on the left, standing facing, wearing crown with pendilia and loros and Michael IX, on the right, standing facing, wearing crown with pendilia and loros, holding between them labarum on shaft. DOC 528ff. SB 2402. Beautifully toned. Light deposits, otherwise, about very fine.
